1.Structure and characteristics
They are similar to the pinch valves produced by the manufacturer in China. A totally enclosed pinch type valve, sleeve closure being effected by screw actuates clamps moving towards the center line and clever design of inter structure makes it reliable to close. pinch valvesopen the valves and speed is faster and does thelightest harm on the valve.
The sleeve of the pinch valve is made of high wear resistant rubber produced by using proprietary liquid phase compounding procedure. This kind of rubber is very resilient, more antifatigues and gives 10 times the life of homemade rubber. The layout dimension of the sleeves is the same as that homemade and they can be interchangeable. Standard bodies are cast from aluminum alloy or cast iron.
2.Principle

3.Advantages

●Glandless: No sealing problems.
●Replace: Handy and low cost to replace sleeves.
4.Types of pinch valves
There are two kinds of pinch valves: LJFI and LJFII . LjFI’s shell is cast iron or cast aluminum alloy. LJFII is developed by our company and the outside of its sleeve is wearable rubber pipe exposed directly to outer except the switch device in the middle part is made of metal . So production cost is lower and the sleeve can be replaced conveniently.
The whole process of opening and closing the valve can be seen with naked eyes and its structure is simple and easy to operate.
