1.Structure features
The clamp gate valve without silt of series LWXZF is composed of valve seat, valve sleeve, shutter, ally arm and drive unit. The valve sleeves fit tightly under the assembly pretightening force of the two valve seats and form a short butted tube. When the valve closes, the shutter wedges into the seal surface of the two valve seats and cut off the fluid. The valve sleeve canbe tightly fitted with shutter to ensure good seal for it is made of rubber which is very resilient. It has such characteristics as compact structure, small volume, light weight and easy operation and maintenance, suitable for where the particles and settlings abrade serious. According to the pressure and corrosion there are three kinds of shutters : stainless steel plate, super molecule polyethylene and combination materials of stainless steel plate and super molecule polyethylene. The valve body is fitted with oil nipple to reduce the friction on shutter and force moment of opening and closing of the valve. The valve sleeve is molded and can be replaced. Generally gate valves clamping without slit of series LWXZF are hand-operated and they can be made air-operated or electromotive according to the requirements of the users. It can be operated on the spot as well as remote control. Generally structure length and flange dimension are in accordance with National Standard and they also can bemade accoding to the user’s requrement.
2.Scope ofapplication
Gate valve clamping without silt of series LWXZF can be opened and closed fully and suitable for installing in the feed pipeline of the cyclone, tailings pipeline and two-circuit pipeline. It can be used for slurry, ash, corrosive medium such as acid, alkali etc.
3.Specification
According to bearing pressure, it can be divided into 0.6Mpa, 1.0Mpa and 1.6Mpa which is named respectively LWXZF-0.6, LWXZF-1.0, LWXZF-1.6.
