Wearable Hydrocyclone

LCI Hydrocyclone is the world-class level hydorcyclone developed by  Company, under which there is a special designed fishtail and above which there is a special designed siphon Regulating assembly. That is why it has the incomparable advantages. Through the adjustment of siphon regulating assembly, it can give a higher underflow and a lower overflow. For silica sand (quartz sand) industry, the overflow can be adjusted to be almost water and the underflow density can reach 85% high. Additionally, the special designed fishtail will keep a stable underflow discharge density when feeding volume, feeding density, feeding pressure vary under a certain range.
a.cyclone with fish tail
The LCI wearable hydrocyclone, under which there is a special designed fishtail and above which there is a special designed siphon Regulating assembly, has the following advantages:
●Adjust the fishtail through the control of siphon equipment to change the density of underflow.
●The special designed fishtail will keep a stable underflow discharge density when feeding volume, feeding density, feeding pressure vary under a certain range.
●Prevent a high overflow density.
b.With fishtail and siphon equipment
The uniquely beneficial performance characteristics of the fishtail are achieved by the automatically compensating interaction between the wearable rubbers fishtail underflow regulator and the adjustment of the siphon control valve fitted to the cyclone vent pipe.
When setting the fishtail, it is best to operate on water onlyand with the vent control valve partly open.As the cyclone isfilled with water the static head within causes the fishtail underflow regulator to distend and momentarily discharge a flush of water the cyclone is now full and water is over flowing through the overflow pipe, the discharge end of which is drowned 200mm under water at a minimum distance of 1.85M below the bottom of the fishtail.
