1.hyhrocyclone cluster
      Small hydrocyclone usually gives a sharp classification. So fine solid classification requirement in large-scale mine needs a cluster with several cyclone in parallel or serial connection, rather than a large cyclone.
     We can provide several types of hydrocyclones. The lining of cyclones are made of wear resistante rubber. At thesame time there are rubber lined and covered in cyclone cluster body and pipes to lengthen the using life of complete machines.
     We installed a special designed crevicefree valve on every feeding branch of every cyclone. The valve featured of safe running, almost no flow resistance and spacing saving.

3.Preliminary slection
        Our company has built, on the basis of relevant theory and production practice, a large data base of applications, with which we have designed the computer selecting software. With the help of this software, we will choose the best hydro cyclone or hydro cyclone cluster for you, including the feeding pressure and pipe advised. At the beginning of your project, you need to choose the specification of cyclone, so as to make investment estimate or project analysis. At this time, what you need is a quick preliminary model selecting.Drawing C-13 is the reference drawing of model selecting of our wear able hydro cyclone. On the basis of feeding slurry amount and classifying particle size required, you can immediately find the hydro clone you need and the appropriate feeding pressure. When looking at the drawing, you should pay attention to the following questions:
①Feed pulp density less than 25%by weight.
②For solids other than 2.73 S.G. adjust the D100 shown on the chart by multiplying with the appropriate figure from the table of multipliers.
③Solids generally rounded in shape.
④Based on available inlet pressure and desired D100 (i.e. smallest particle size 100%of which will report to the spigot) determine the most suitable cyclone. Smaller cyclones operated at high pressure will result in a finer D100.
⑤Determine the number of cyclones by dividing the total quantity of feed pulp by the capacity of the selected cyclone.
⑥A longer feed box between the feed box and upper cone makes the particle size finer.
