1.Introduction
It has much unique technology on the design of dewatering screen (Drawing d-1) which is widely used in the production of silica materials, coal industry and carbon pulp factory of gold mines at home and abroad and achieves good effect.
The main deck of the screen slopes upwards at 5°and incorporates a 45°sloping back deck section. The two parallel vibrating motors are installed horizontally and one is the top of the other. The rotation effect caused by non-balancing gravity force while rotation makes the screen operate stably. The snap-in modular screen deck panels are easily fixed and small areas of localized wear can be replaced. The layout dimensions of screen deck panel with various specifications are the same.
Rubber impact damper is used. The side plates of the machine are bond with wearablerubber and it is suitable for execrable operating condition and reduces the pollution on materials made by iron. 4.appliction examples
The dewatering screen applied in silica materials manufacture factory in domestic achieves unforeseen effect. For example YinanTaiwanglass siliceoussandmine,Tongda quartz sand mine in Anhui and Mingda silica sand mine in Fujian using hydrocyclone and dewatering screen for dewatering, water content in the products can be reduced to 10% and they operate stably and failure rate is low.
