PVC-U discharged pipe and fitting are made of main PVC resin and additional some proper inorganic filler. After fixed, by extruding or injecting form pipe. PVC-U discharged pipes are used mainly in building discharge, sanitary waste and sewage discharge, municipal engineering and factories &minerals, and companies waste discharge system. PVC-U pipe is a new building materials instead of cast iron pipe or cement pipe for national emphasis.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERIZATION
PVC-U building discharged pipe is compared with traditional cast iron pipe, its characterization as following:
1、Weight light, density is cast iron pipe 1/5or 1/6,carry and operation easier, reduces materials and operation cost, also reduce building support.
2、Inside wall smooth, no furring, flowing easier, no block.
3、Resistance acid, no rusty, no corrode treatment, service life is cast iron pipe 4 times.
4、Excellent resistance tensile and resistance impact strength.
5、Cement weld, excellent seal, suit for ground and underground installing.
6、Excellent resistance flammability, oxygen index is over 46.
7、Excellent resistance high temperature, Vicat softening temperature over 70℃.
8、Our discharged pipe and pipe take special produced technology, they can resist attacking by bacterium and biology. But they can not be become bacterium and biology nutrition. All above make PVC-U discharged pipe become one of excellent sewer system materials. 
9、Excellent resistance climate
  PVC-U pipe can be effected by strong violet light. Though this stimulate PVC molecule structure, PVC-U pipe surface (small0.025mm)only very shallow area is effected. PVC micromolecule will become multiple organizations and compound structure forever. This make PVC-U pipe become light yellow, but PVC-U pipe tensile stress is more strong. If no other conditions, all above can ignore. Multiple organizations can reduce impact strength.
  Our PVC-U pipes and fittings are made by excellent imported resistance aging material which adding absorbing strong violet light ability. Our PVC-U pipes impact strength is national standards 3 times, they have excellent resistance aging ability.
