TURBINE OIL :-

- IS 1012:2002
- DIN 51 515 PART 1
- BS 489:1983

TURBOL
ISO VG : 32, 46, 68 &100
Non ISO VG : 37, 57, & 78
Manufactured from specially selected highly refined paraffinic base oils with exceptional thermal and oxidation stability. In addition they are also fortified with anti-rust and anti-oxidant additives. These oils provide excellent protection against rusting and have the ability to release entrained air rapidly. They also have excellent demulsibility and resistance to foaming.

Essentially meets :

- DIN 51 515 PART 1
- BS 489:1983
Our grades meet above specifications for the respective Viscosity Grades.

Application:
Pressure circulation lube oil system in steam / gas / water turbines as prime mover for electrically generation.
Lubrication of Steam Turbines used as prime movers in industries.
Lubrication of bearings of rotary / turbo compressors.
Lubrication of bearings prone to water contamination where demulsibility becomes a very important parameter for selection of oil.

ICCONOL TURBOL ( SUPER CLEAN)
ISO VG : 32, 46, 68 & 100
Non ISO VG : 37, 57 & 78
These oils have similar performance level as that of TURBOL Oils . In addition these are super cleaned to exhibit the high level of filterability. Typical NAS level of these oils is 7

TURBOL EP
ISO VG : 32, 46, & 68
Non ISO VG : 57 & 78
These oils in addition to having properties of TURBOL grades have been specially formulated to satisfy the demanding requirements of modern high output steam turbines . these oils have been specially formulated to meet the requirements of geared turbines, which require EP properties.

- FZG Niemann test 10 FLS
- IS 1012 :2002
- DIN 51 515 Part 1
- BS 489 :1983
Our grades meet above specifications for the respective viscosity Grades.

Application :
It is recommended for Geared Turbine which requires extreme pressure properties.
