HYDRAULIC OIL :-

HYDRAULIC OILS : ANTI WEAR TYPE

HYDROL AWS :-
ISO VG : 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 & 460
NON ISO VG : 12 ,37 ,57,81, 121 & 176
There are specially designed oils for hydraulic transmission and circulating systems where operating conditions require oils containing anti wear , anti oxidant , anti rust and anti foam additives , these oils have excellent compatibility with seals used in hydraulic systems.

- IS 3098 : 1983 [Reaffirmed Nov., 1998]
- IPSS : 1-09-022
- IS 10522 : 1983 [Reaffirmed Nov., 1998]
- DIN 51 524 Part 1 HL Type
Our grades meet above specifications for the respective Viscosity Grades.

Application :
These oils are recommended for hydraulic systems and a wide variety of circulating systems of industrial and automotive equipments.

HYDRAULIC OILS: EXTRA HEAVY DUTY ANTIWEAR TYPE (HLP)
HYDROL HLP:-
ISO VG : 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 & 150
These are premium grade extra heavy duty anti-wear oils with outstanding thermal stability and high FZG rating . They possess excellent compatibility with seals normally used in hydraulic system. These oils provide trouble free service and have found to be far superior than other anti- wear hydraulic oils.

- IS 11656 : 1986 [Reaffirmed March , 2002 ]
- DIN 51 524 Part 2 HLP Type
- Vickers 1-286-S

Our grades meet above specifications for the respective Viscosity Grades.

Application:
These are recommended for high pressure hydraulic systems and also for power transmission in systems operating at high speeds. Loads and temperatures.
These are suitable for lubrication of pumps and industrial hydraulic machinery operating under heavy loads .
These are specially recommended for sophisticated high performance Electro hydraulic or Numerically Controlled systems.

HYDROL SUPER CLEAN:-
ISO VG : 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 & 150
These oils are of same performance level as that of H oils, In addition, these are super cleaned to exhibit a high level of filterability , Typical NAS value of these oils is 7

HYDROL ULTRA CLEAN:-
ISO VG : 22, 32, 46, 68 & 100
These oils are of same performance level as that of H oils, In addition, these are super cleaned to very low particle counts and exhibit a high level of filterability , Typical NAS value of these oils is 4

HYDROL ZF :-
ISO VG : 32, 46, 68 & 100

These are high performance hydraulic oils blended from solvent refined high viscosity index mineral oil and zinc free ash less type of additives.
These oils are designed to withstand heavy load and other extreme condition developed in hydraulic system caused by high speed and high temperature . the superior wear protection quality of oil can be evidenced from its exceptionally good FZG rating (12 stage pass)

HYDRAULIC OILS: HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX EXTRA HEAVY DUTY ANTI- WEAR TYPE (HVILP)

HYDROL HVILP :-
ISO VG : 32, 46 & 68
These oils are blended from highly refined mineral oils fortified with extremely shear stable viscosity index improver which gives it exceptionally high viscosity index . These are premium grade heavy duty anti-wear oils with outstanding thermal stability low pour point , high FZG rating and are exceptionally shear stable under severe operating conditions.

- DIN 51 524 Part 3 HVLP Type

Application:
Hydraulic application with sophisticated high performance Electro hydraulic or Numerically Controlled systems . These oils are recommended for high pressure systems and power transmission systems, requiring very high viscosity index, operating under high speeds, load and temperatures.

HYDRAULIC OILS:FIRE RESISTANT HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (FRHF)

HYDROL HFA :-
This fluid is oil in water emulsion type. The oil adds lubrication and corrosion protection while the water contributes to the fire resistant properties.

- IS 10532 (Part 1)1983 [ Reaffirmed Nov., 1998]

Application :
HYDROL HFA 32 is suitable for use in steel mills and coal mines, where the equipment is designed to operate with HFA fluids.
