1.Structure features
Common pipeline lined with wear resistant rubber using cold bonding has super bond strength, outstanding wear resistance and extra corrosion resistance. Pipeline lined with wearable rubber is widely used for conveying concentrate, refuse ore, ash and chemical corrosive medium in mines.
It is especially used for conveying slurry and overcomes the defects of the common pipeline lined with other materials. For example: The liner made of cast stone is heavy, it is difficult to installation and construction and the cost of pipeline truss for installation is high. For the liner made of super molecule polyethylene and polyurethane, it is difficult to cut and this liner can be abraded quickly. For the liner made of ceramics its thickness isn’t even, the quality isnot steady and corrosion resistance is poor. For the liner made of homemade rubber, its processing technology hasnotpassed a test and the length of steel tube once vulcanized is short.
rubber with outstanding resistance to wear produced using a proprietary “Iiquid phase compounding”procedure gives 10-15 times the life of homemade rubber, 3-6 times the life of the compound ceramics and prolong the service life of the pipeline. This helps to maintain the pipeline, prolong the period of replacing pipeline and reduce the production cost. The working pressure is not more than 2.5 kg/cm2.
