1.Structure features
Simple structure, free stretch, no resistance, greatly prolonging service life of the pipeline for wearable rubber liner.
2. Advantages
If it is connected with the pipeline at regular distance for long distance conveying, there are the following advantages:
●High abilityto adapt to season changes, dilation due to heat and contract due to cold caused by the conveying medium.
●Handy for rapid repair in the production process line.
●Helping to rush to repair refuse ore pipeline in a long distance field. When there is no electric welding condition and the conveying
medium needn’t be evacuated, the expansion piece of pipeline can be disassembled. It saves time, labor and money.
3.Type
There are two types of expansion piece of pipeline: LGS-1.0 and LGS-1.6 according to the bearing pressure 1.0Mpa and 1.6 Mpa.
