Remark: The power in chart is max. rated power. The impeller of pump is light. Underthe same conditions, it saves more power than other types of pump. Calculate the actual power according to the formula below:

Pump as is higher head, more flow rate, higher efficient and wearable, more power saving than domestic pump. Comparing the structure and capacity with domestic pump, it has the following four advantages on wear resistance, sealing, efficiency of pump and power-saving:
a.Wear resistance
Just as before, the rubber of pump impeller and liners are manufactured through “liquid phase compounding process, normal temperature curing” technique. Under thesame work conditions, the using life of these rubber parts are 10 times longer than domestic rubber, 3-6 times longer than nickel chrome alloy materials.
b.Sealing
Three interchangeable gland designs are available to suit operator preference and sit conditions, SeepictureB-5which are dry gland, hydrostatic gland, and packed gland. These secure the application range and adaptability. The rational sealing materials and structure suit the high wear-resistant impeller and liners. Currently in domestic market, packed gland are widely adopted for its simple structure and easy maintenance.
c.Efficiency of pump
The impeller and lining of pump are very light for the specific gravity of rubber used is small. That results in the Max. flow and Max. head of pump above10-20%, efficiency above 30% of common slurry pump. Due to direct relations between rotation speed and flow and head, the high wear resistant rubber impeller and lining secure the super capacity of pump.
d.Power-saving
Due to small diameter of impeller and light specific gravity rubber(0.97 in usual),comparing with metal pump,the power of pump is small,remarkable on power saving.
