1.Principle of work
●Feeding pulp: The controller controls the hydraulic station to close the clean waterinduction valve and open the clean water return valve. Pulp in the high position feeder under the pressure difference entrance the check valve and then move to the underside of ball float molded with high pressure abrasive resistant material in separation tank ball and meanwhile the clean water above the highly wearable ball float return to backwater pool through the backwater valve.
●Discharging pulp: The controller controls the hydraulic station to close the clean water return valve and open the clean water induction valve. Water pump supplies high-pressure water from the top of the isolation tank, to promote the highly wearing ball float to move downward, meanwhile, the feeding valve automatically closes and the discharging valve automatically opens duo to the pressure, pulp under the highly wearing ball float are discharged. Three isolation tanks alternatively input and discharge pulp, to ensure the equipment to work continuously and stably. The controller examines the working condition of the ball float through a detecting head to show and adjust the flow of water pump matching with pulp flow and checks out malfunctions.
2.Applications
Ball isolation pulp pump is suitable for the transportation of gangue, concentrates, bauxite, red mud, mortar, coal-water slurry etc. in the fields of gold, mine, electric power plant, aluminum factory, coal, chemical industry, construction material industry etc and it can also be used to discharge slurry and fill in stages under the well, and supply materials under the high pressure to autoclave and reactor.
