      Centrifugal pipe slurry pump, a patent product, developed by our own technicians of Xinhai company, according to the practical demand of slurry transportation, is a kind of new slurry pump, which is developed to solve the problem of too low pressure in pipes and increase the pressure to transport the slurry. In slurry transportation of the second stage and mine ore dressing, it needn’t break off the pipeline and can directly connect with the pipe, makes use of the original power of slurry to the maximum extent, saves electricity, reduces pollution to slurry, saves space and the investment of equipment foundation and workshop.
1.Use
     Centrifugal pipe slurry pump makes use of outstanding wearability of Xinhai high wearable rubber, molded liquid passing parts, having outstanding abrasion resistance and service life.
By using clever combination designs on structure, the inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same axial center line, so it can directly connect with the relevant pipes and is widely used in the fields of metal, non-metal, coal and electricity industry, cement, construction materials industry and so on and is an ideal pump for transporting corrosive materials.
The concentration of the transported slurry should not be more than 65% (By weight).
The temperature of the transported slurry should be -40～70℃.
2.Scope of application
      Centrifugal pipe slurry pump is suitable for handling the abrasive slurry or abrasive liquid containing solid materials. It has the same functions as horizontal pump with equal flow rate and head, besides it is more suitable for the following items:
（1）Transporting tailings ash for long distance, increasing pressure for the gauge pipe, canceling the second-stage pump house and reducing pollution and investment.
（2）Increasing pressure in the long distance pipe of transporting gold, avoiding adapting horizontal pump, which leads to the loss of gold due to the disconnection of pipe.
（3）The pipe transportation of intermediate product of manufacture technique in the fields of mine, chemical industry and steel factory etc., reducing energy loss and draining, emitting, dripping and leaking, improving field environment.
