High density polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe(double-layer twisted pipe) are one mould profile two layer extrudings. it is featured by two layers, innner smooth wall and outer corrugation.

Product properties:
. High tensile strength, compressive resistance and well impact resistance;
. Anti-uneven settling property, and can be applicable to soft clay shifting sand foundation;
. Convenient for connection with non-breakable joint.
. Smooth inner wall, high friction resistance, large quantity of water flowing.
. Decay resistance, "green pipe", avoid secondary pollution.
. Light weight, easy for carrying and transporting, convenient for construction with low comprehensive cost.

Application:
HDPE double wall corrugated pipe is mainly used in public facibilities, drainage pipe network of residential area, farmland irrigation, drainage pipe network of chemical plant and sewage treatment plant, low-pressure liquid transmission as well as ventilation&drainage of chemical plant and mine etc.

Technical standard:

1.Color: Normally black, or as per buyers' request..
2.Appearance: no air bubble, crack, shrink hole or obvious foreign matter is allowed to both the internal and external wall of the pipe, which should be flat and smooth with uniform color. Both sides of the pipe should be polished to remove all sharp edges and vertical to the axis. No split should occur on closely welded side walls of the pipe.
