Product introduction:
High density polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe
High density polyethylene double wall corrugated pipe is a new type of light-weighed pipes, with smooth inner surface, ladder-shaped corrugated outer surface and an empty layer between double surfaces. With its unique wall structure design, such pipe has advantages of strong ring stiffness, light weight, high pressure resistance, good toughness, anticorrosion, anti-abrasion, convenient and low cost installation and long service life, etc. It is widely used in municipal transforming projects, constructions, agricultural and industrial drainage, agricultural water-saving irrigation, wastewater processing industry, etc. and is the best substitute of traditional concrete pipes, cast iron pipes and other material pipes.
According to different ring stiffness grades, HDPE double wall corrugated pipe falls into S1(ring stiffness≥4KN/square meter) and S2(ring stiffness≥8KN/square meter). Generally speaking, S1 will be selected when it’s buried with dynamic load or in 0.7m~5m underground or while S2 selected when it’s buried without dynamic load or too shallow and too deep. Specifications are as below(nominal inner diameter): 200mm, 225mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm,700mm and 800mm.
