PP-R PIPE PROPERTIES:
PP-R pipe material has plastic properties for example weight light, high strength, corrosion resistance, no pipe furring, long life. PP-R pipe also has other properties as following: (1) No poisoning, excellent cleanness, green building material. PP-R material is a kind of polyolefins. Its molecule are made of Carbon and Hydrogen. It is not poisonous and has excellent cleanness. (2) Heat resistance, heat insulating, and energy saving. PP-R pipe is 131.3℃ Vicat soft temperature. It is 95℃ highest operating temperature. It is 70 ℃ long-term (50years)operating. It is 0.24W/m℃ heat conducting coefficient, only 1/200 steel pipe heat conducting coefficient. It is excellent heat insulating and energy saving. (3) Simply and reliable installing. It is jointed by socket fusion. One joint can be finished in several seconds. PP-R pipes are jointed with metal tubes and water utensils by nickel plated metal-inlaid. It is safe and reliable.
